This meeting is to create a framework of goals and assignments for the November elections. Current Committee chairs will be expected to give an update on their accomplishments since we last met. New Committees will be formed, chairs chosen and agendas established.

We will also review the events for the summer and ask for volunteers to set up/tear down, act as greeters, etc
