Important Election Dates

Election season is upon us. Here is a breakdown of important upcoming dates as it relates to the 2020 Elections this November. Remember to register to vote today if you have not done so yet. You also also update your registration or just double check to make sure everything is accurate.

Important Dates

• October 9: Ballots begin mailing to active voters

• October 12: 22-day Colorado residency deadline

• October 12: 24-hour ballot boxes open throughout the county

• October 19: Eagle, Avon, and El Jebel Voter Service and Polling Centers open, locations can be found here

• October 26: Last day to update your registration to receive a ballot by mail

• October 26: Recommended last day to return your ballot by mail. After this day, return only to 24-hour ballot boxes.

• November 3: Last day to vote

  • Ballots must be received by 7 p.m.
